WE HAVE A GUARANTEE!
Our 45 minute prior arrival time guarantee
Our DJs are customer service focused. Part of our great customer experience is providing a hassle free DJ experience. We typically arrive 90 to 120 minutes prior to start time for weddings, and feel that a late arriving DJ is one of the worst things a professional DJ can do to their clients. No bride or groom should have to worry about the DJ on their wedding day! We promise to arrive to your wedding venue a full 45 minutes prior to start time. We also promise to be set up, and ready to go by the performance start time we agreed to. Bad traffic will not be an excuse! If we fail to arrive on site, and check in with either venue staff, client's hired planner, or the client themselves at least 45 minutes prior to start time, we will refund 25% of the total amount on your agreement. No questions asked.
We will deliver services to our clients, as promised, to the best of our abilities.
We will use a detailed agreement clearly stating all charges, services, performance expectations and other essential information.
COVID 19 POSTPONEMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 2021 EVENTS:
Clients with a date booked on any date prior to September 1st, 2021 are able to be postponed to any open date later in 2021. We will happily transfer the deposit paid to the new date. An updated agreement will be issued, and need to be signed.
All Events taking place September 1st, 2021, or later will be able to be postponed up to 120 days after the original event date. We will happily transfer the deposit to the new date. If the new date is more than 120 days after the original date, the original deposit paid will be forfeited. We are happy to apply the original deposit paid as a credit towards a 2022 or 2023 event date. We will issue a new agreement with an updated 2022 or 2023 price quote. You will need to pay another deposit to re book with us on the new date. We expect Very Heavy Demand in 2022 with all of the push back of weddings. We can't honor a 2020 or 2021 agreed upon price for a 2022 or later wedding.
